Step 1: Remove roof & protect property
Our roofing process always begins by protecting your property. We cover shrubs and adjacent landscaping with tarps to make sure roof debris doesn’t cause damage or linger in hard-to-reach places. With an Equipter, a hydraulic dumpster that actually lifts up to the roof level, we ensure that we keep the old roofing materials carefully contained. Our roofing experts use this specialized equipment to quickly and easily toss old roofing materials directly into the dumpster instead of allowing them to fall to the ground, which would make them scatter and hard to recover. Cleanup is quick and easy with our approach.
Our company rips off the existing roof and disposes of the debris in the dumpster after your property is protected and the Equipter dumpster is in place.
Step 2: Removal of rotten sheathing
As soon as the shingles are removed, our experts study the exposed sheathing to determine whether any damage needs to be repaired. Step 6: Seal all vents and pipe penetrations
